Bio: Ruby (aka Mommy’s Baby Ruby-Ruby Roo, Ruby-Doo) was bottle-fed, raised in the house and loves her human family. She loves to climb, run, jump and sit on the John Deere.

Bio: Named after the very smooth and seductive R and B singer, our Marvin also loves the ladies. Marvin is the twin brother of Dolly.

Bio: Millie (aka Millie-Mills) is sassy, just like her namesake. She loves to jump and play with her fellow goats and loves treats.

Bio: Manny was the first sheep to come to Loving Acres. He was bottle-fed and raised in the house until he was healthy enough to live outside. Manny thinks he’s one of the dogs. He’s a dreamy boy.

Bio: Sunny (aka Sugar-Booger) is a sweet sweetie. He loves the ladies and is just about as cute as an animal can be.

Bio: Kimber is the daughter of Chai. She is a very friendly and loving sheep. She loves people and lots of attention.

Bio: Leroy was rescued in 2016. He was a dirty, matted mess, but cleaned up well! He’s a handsome, but loud fellow. He loves to snuggle with his humans, and play with Radar. He thinks he’s a herding dog. He likes to impress new friends by holding his ears straight up.

Bio: Pearl was our first piggy. She weighed 9 lbs when she joined our family, and she now tops the scales at 230 lbs. She’s still growing. Pearl is smart and loving and loves belly rubs. She will eat anything that isn’t nailed down and some things that are.

Bio: Radar (aka Radie-dar, Radie, Rooty-Roo, Booty-Roo, Mr. Wonderful, Mr. Perfect, Good One) is the sweetest dog on the planet. He came to our door during a hail storm. He was matted, covered with ticks and very sick. Today he is a healthy boy who loves to give hugs, snuggle, and play with his brother, Leroy.

Bio: We adopted Mike (aka Big-Mike, Mike-Mike-Mike-Mike-Mike, Piggy-Mike) as a stray. He was a very scared and shy boy when he came home with us. He has come a long way after much love and attention. He loves belly rubs and snuggles and any treat he is offered.

Bio: Geronimo (aka J-Ron, Ronnie) is a very handsome boy, and he knows it. He is popular with 2 and 4 legged ladies alike. He likes to flirt, chase the girls, climb and play and eat hay. Look at that beautiful beard!

Bio: Alfie came to Loving Acres after his human mom had to find him a home zoned for farm animals. He is a sweet but stubborn boy who likes to show off. He likes to climb and jump and eat the bark off of our trees.

Bio: Victoria and Lizzie were our first 2 hens; they came from the 2015 State Fair of Virginia. Victoria is beautiful, friendly, and loves to eat clover; she lays beautiful eggs. Lizzie is also a lovely girl who lays lovely eggs.

Bio: We bought Chai when she was pregnant with twins, because there is pretty much nothing cuter than baby sheep. She’s a big girl with a big personality and we love her!

Bio: Barbie was adopted from Richmond Animal Control. She is a very busy pig, who is an expert rooter. Barbie is very spoiled and loving, but is in need of charm school. She is a bit of a diva, but is learning to have manners so she can come back into the house for snuggles.

Bio: Sylvia (aka Mouse, Squeakers, Miss Molly Peepers, Baby) was adopted and is a precious little pig, soon to be a precious big pig. She still has lots of time to grow. Her nose looks like an upside down pink heart, making her even more irresistible than she already is. She lives in the house, loves snuggling, sleeping by the fire, and chilling in her warm and fuzzy bed. Sylvia knows how to sit, spin, and come when she is called.
